User guide
Your personal and business finances on the web, iPhone and Apple Watch.
01Getting started
Sign in with the account you use in the app. Overview shows recorded cash and account balances, monthly income and expenses, categories and recent transactions. Choose one currency. Refresh data to load entries synced from iPhone or Apple Watch. Accounts and transactions saved on the server are shared between the app and the web. Refresh the page to load changes just made on your phone.
02Accounts, income and expenses
In Accounts, choose New account and enter its type, name, currency and opening balance. Use Register expense or Register income in Overview, or New transaction in Transactions. Check the type, amount, date, category and account before saving.
03Find and filter transactions
Open Transactions and choose All, Current month, Previous month or a specific month. Search by description or place, choose a category, or open More filters to select account, type and location. Reset clears the selection. Map view includes only records with saved coordinates.
04Expenses by city
Open Expenses by city and choose a period and currency. Sort by amount, transaction count or city name. Select a city to see its transactions and open them on the map. Cities come from locations identified and synced by the app. Expenses without a city are shown separately; merchant names are never used to guess a city.
05Cards and statement imports
In Cards, choose Import PDF and select the card. Review detected amounts, closing dates and due dates before confirming. The statement is saved as an initial debt snapshot; purchases, installments and payments are recorded as Reinin transactions. Check values against your bank statement.
06Trips and investments
Trips collects journeys, receipts and saved places from the mobile app. Investments shows your manual portfolio and positions from connected brokers. Values are shown by currency. Quotes are informational and may be delayed.
07Understand your reports
Reports brings together income, expenses, net result and savings rate. Choose this month, last month, this year, all history or custom dates, then filter by account and currency. This month compares with the same days of the previous month; custom dates compare with the preceding interval of equal length. Open the monthly detail for exact amounts, or select a category or city to review its expenses. Transfers and opening balances are excluded. Without recorded income, the savings rate has no value.
08Export to Excel
Open Reports and choose a period, account and currency. Export report to Excel downloads the summary, monthly trend, categories, cities and transactions matching those filters. Download full history includes every period, account and investment, without filters. Transfers are excluded from reports and retained in the full archive.
09Personalize your workspace and protect your account
The button beside Workspace hides or shows the sidebar. Your choice is saved in this browser. Open your profile at the top right to choose appearance and language, change your password, manage your plan or sign out. To delete your account and data, use Settings in the app or contact support.
10My business: separate finances
A private owner workspace for business income and expenses. Use the same account on the web, iPhone and Apple Watch. Personal transactions stay separate. This is a record-keeping tool, not a replacement for tax accounting.
1. Create your business
On iPhone, open Menu → Business, enable your business and enter its name, activity and main currency. You can have up to two businesses: use Add another business to create the second. On the web, use My business. Activity describes what you do: retail, food, services, construction, production, technology, transport or agriculture. Organization describes a small venture, sole owner or company; it does not determine tax status. Each transaction has its own category, such as suppliers, materials, fixed costs, sales or services provided.
2. Record on iPhone
Personal is the default destination. If you enabled Business in the menu, choose Personal or your business name on Home: the icon and name show where the transaction will be saved. Both spaces use the same voice, text and receipt camera controls. For business entries, dictate a transaction and review the draft before saving. You can complete the amount, currency, category, date, supplier or customer and payment status in the same form. Switching spaces never moves saved transactions. Disabling Business returns you to Personal and keeps business data. Saving business entries requires a connection.
3. Record on Apple Watch
Enable Business from the iPhone menu and open the app to sync your businesses to the Watch. Dictate in Spanish and use Destino (Destination) to choose Personal or your business name. Review the amount, currency and category before confirming. Watch entries are collected or paid, dated today, in the business’s main currency. Use iPhone or the web for a different currency or date, or for outstanding payments. The Watch sends entries through iPhone and keeps pending entries until they sync. If your business is missing, open the app on the connected iPhone and let it update the Watch.
4. Separate paid and pending entries
On iPhone or the web, mark an expense as paid or income as collected. If payment is outstanding, choose pending and optionally add a due date. Payables and receivables are shown separately. Pending entries are excluded from collected income and paid expenses. Filter by month and currency; different currencies are never added together. Latin American currencies and EUR, USD, CHF, GBP, CAD and AUD are available. CLP and PYG use whole units. Monthly totals use the transaction date.
5. Review and export on the web
Open My business with the same account. Search by description, supplier or category, edit entries and remove incorrect ones; you can undo the most recent removal. Export CSV downloads visible entries matching the business, month, currency and search. Text you entered is not translated. This guide is available in Spanish and English; changing the guide language does not change the native app language.
