Sign-in problems

Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. If the message does not arrive, check spam and make sure you use the email you registered with.

Security

If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact us. We may request limited information to verify your account, but never your password.

Privacy and account deletion

You can delete your account and its associated data in Settings in Rein iN. For further questions about privacy or deletion, contact support@reinin.io.
