How to use Rein iN on Apple Watch
Apple Watch helps you capture a transaction when reaching for your phone is inconvenient. Rein iN connects that entry to your account through iPhone. Think of the Watch as a quick capture tool, and your phone or the web as places to review the details.
1. Prepare your iPhone
Sign in to Rein iN on iPhone and check your accounts, their currencies and the relevant Personal or Business space. Make sure the app is available on your paired Watch. An easily recognizable account name helps with dictation.
2. Record one transaction
Open Rein iN on your Watch and use the available voice option. Describe an expense or income with its amount, currency and account. If the system requests microphone permission, grant it for dictation. Keep separate purchases in separate sentences.
3. Check synchronization
Your Watch syncs through iPhone; it does not send your data directly to the web. Open the phone app and check that the transaction appears before recording it again. Then view the web with the same account and refresh the summary if needed.
A practical example
Example: leaving a café, you say “I spent 3,000 Argentine pesos on coffee with my Cash account.” Later, check amount, account and category on iPhone. If the entry has not appeared, check connectivity and synchronization before repeating it.
